What's in it for you?

Working with production and engineering teams to scale up ideas into real-world solutions
Researching the latest materials and market innovations
Producing sharp, insightful technical reports
Supporting the QA team when needed - you will be part of a team that has each other's backs
What we need from you:
A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
Solid hands-on knowledge of asphalt, bitumen, and ideally polymer technology
Practical experience with hot-melt or roofing systems is a huge plus
A naturally curious mind, problem-solving mindset, and an eye for detail
Great communication skills, confident writing technical reports and collaborating cross-functionally
Strong Microsoft Office skills and a proactive, organised approach to your work
Flexibility for occasional travel and adaptable working hours
