    · To maintain our clients Pharma&Biotech as a leading contract manufacturer through the development and optimization of new mammalian cell culture technologies. This lab-based role involves designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to optimize and scale-up bioprocesses for biologics production.

    Define all key accountabilities (5-10), which the role will be expected to perform in short to medium future.     · Set up, operate, and maintain lab-scale bioreactors for mammalian cell culture. Monitor bioprocess parameters and ensure optimal conditions for cell growth and productivity.

    · Working closely with the upstream R&D team; plan and execute several complex (non-routine) lab-scale fed-batch and perfusion bioreactor process development and optimization.

    · Engage in routine mammalian cell culture workflows involving media preparation, revival and subculture as required for an experiment.

    · Generate experimental results and review respective scientific documentation.

    · Helps with ensuring lab procedures are adhered to and supports safety assessments.

    · Perform other lab duties as assigned.
