What You'll Do

Be a Change Leader: Lead, inspire, and ignite a culture of excellence in QHSE across the business. You'll not just maintain standards-you'll elevate them!
Drive Innovation: Spearhead process improvements that align with the business's bold strategies and growth plans.
Own the QHSE Systems: Develop, implement, and continuously improve robust QMS and HSE policies, ensuring the company remains at the cutting edge of industry standards.
Audit to Excel: Lead impactful audits, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement corrective actions with agility.
Be a Mentor: Identify training needs and empower employees to take ownership of their QHSE responsibilities through hands-on coaching and development.
Champion Customer Satisfaction: Ensure rapid resolution of customer complaints, improving outcomes and increasing satisfaction.Why You Should Apply

A proven track record of success in a QHSE leadership role (or Quality leadership position with HSE / NEBOSH / IOSH working experience) ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
Deep knowledge of QMS, health & safety, and environmental standards for the Manufacturing sector.
Passion for driving change, with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams to achieve excellence.
Strong audit and process improvement expertise within internal auditor qualification, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
Confidence in a hand on Quality position utilising quality tools such as 8D / 5Y / FMEA / RCA / ICAReady to Take the Next Step?
