Your Impact

Champion Quality & Sustainability:Develop and maintain robust Quality Management Systems that meetISO 9001andISO 14001standards, ensuring our operations are both high-quality and environmentally responsible.Lead Audits with Confidence:Plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external ones, and turn findings into practical, value-adding improvements.Drive Data-Backed Decisions:Use reporting tools to identify trends, tackle root causes of issues, and unlock opportunities for process optimisation.Ensure Ethical Standards:Support compliance withBRCrequirements and integrateFSCprinciples to guarantee responsible sourcing.Protect What Matters:Help implement data security measures that safeguard sensitive company and client information.

What You Bring
2–3+ years in Quality Assurance or a similar role, ideally within manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.Proven experience withISO 9001andISO 14001management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for clear and compelling reporting.Knowledge ofBRCandFSCstandards is a plus — as is experience in the food or sustainable materials sector.A meticulous eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Why Join Us?

Salary:£30,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
