Quality Assurance Specialist

Length: 2 to 6 months

Remote based – Must be UK based

Day rate: Circa £225.00 per day outside IR35

Instinct are currently working with a fantastic global client who require a number of experienced Quality Assurance Specialists to join them on a daily rate contract basis.

Company

This highly reputable, global company are a leader within financial education and offer support and courses to businesses and individuals covering a wide range of financial topics.

They are currently rolling out a number of new programmes and are looking for UK based contractors to carry out quality reviews ahead of everything going live.

Role

Required skills:

• Strong background in quality assurance (QA) or quality review (QR) of educational content, preferably in finance or professional certification programs.

• Experience working with learning products, assessments, or training materials.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing skills.

• Ability to analyse learning objectives and ensure assessment alignment.

• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have skills but not essential:

• Canvas experience would be a plus

• Learning Design experience also advantageous

• Project Management

• Experience working with JIRA

• Basic understanding / appreciation of HTML, CSS

• Experience with assessment validation and psychometric analysis for exams. ProBuilder system will be utilised for exam assessment items.

• Knowledge of digital learning platforms and e-learning tools.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in instructional design.

• Previous work with finance-related education or professional qualifications.

This a fantastic opportunity to work with brilliant company, working 5 days a week for between 2 to 6 months depending on the project.
