Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program for energy projects, covering design, construction, and operations phases.
  • Establish quality standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within energy projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall project quality.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure that documentation is accessible and organized for audits and reporting purposes.
  • ships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring they meet quality requirements.
  • Conduct supplier audits to assess and improve performance.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality assurance.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on the status of quality within energy projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer) is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of energy industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Experience:

  • Previous experience in quality assurance, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
  • Familiarity with auditing processes and techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
