About the Company

The company specialises in developing products and services that are essential in the treatment of critically and chronically ill patients. Our extensive portfolio includes IV generic drugs, infusion therapies, clinical nutrition products, and the medical devices for administering these products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support all departments in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards and systems.
Build strong working relationships across the business to foster a culture of quality.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and systems for effective quality monitoring.
Assist in investigating the root causes of complaints and non-conformances and help implement corrective/preventative actions.
Collate and review data from the QMS process and support the performance of data trend analysis.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance status across the site with rules and standards.
Assist in maintaining quality standards and support departmental projects.
Undertake additional duties to support the Quality Management team and Head of Quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential.
Proven ability in root cause analysis.
Strong administrative skills and proficiency in computer applications.
Resilient and capable of using initiative to resolve issues.
Excellent planning skills and ability to adhere to processes.
Effective communication skills.
