Job Title: Head of Quality
Salary: £90,000- 100,000 + bonus

Are you a seasoned quality assurance professional with a passion for excellence in the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector?

We are searching for a Head of Quality to join a leading healthcare distributor in the UK. As the Head of Quality, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing quality standards. Managing a small team, this is a chance to join a really fast growing organisation where you can have a direct impact on the quality organisation.

Oversee the management of Medicines licenses, ensuring full compliance with WDA(h) requirements.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to ensure adherence to regulations for wholesaling and importing medicines, medical devices, and cosmetic products.
Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control, change control, validation management, and CAPA programs#Lead internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement across all operations

Prior experience in a similar position in the pharma or medical devices industries
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Proven track record of leading QA strategies and driving continuous improvement
Ability to travel to other sites- West and North of London as required
