Baxter Thetford is looking for a candidate to work in the QC Chemistry Team. You will be responsible for supporting the analytical testing required during various stages of the manufacturing of products at Thetford. You will work as part of a team following established practices and within the required time frames. Within this role, you will complete a weekly rotation of Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 & Monday to Friday 05:00-13:00, and you will be eligible for shift allowance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain wider exposure in a laboratory for a global pharmaceutical company and is an ideal role for a graduate. You will work closely with other QC Analysts to ensure the release of the highest quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting with testing on various process samples
Participating in laboratory investigations as required
Following Good Laboratory Practices and maintaining a clean work environment
Supporting the supervisor in laboratory operations
Qualifications
Science-based degree (preferably in Chemistry)
Laboratory experience
GMP experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Commitment to meeting quality expectations of the team and customers
