QA/QC Manager- Frankfurt

We are assisting a leading provider of innovative prefabricated MEP solutions, serving a wide range of industries including hotels, residential, data centres and pharmaceutical sectors. Due to continued growth, the organisation is in need of a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join the team in delivering a hyper-scale data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. As QA/QC Manager you will be responsible for managing the QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with project quality specifications, codes, & standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Establish and implement a comprehensive QA/QC program tailored to the specific requirements of MEP systems including policies, procedures, and inspection protocols.

Present the project quality plan for approval to the client.

Establish quality standards & criterion ensuring alignment with project specifications, codes, and standards.

*

Manage regular inspections of MEP project installations to verify compliance with design drawings, specifications, and regulations.

*

Carry out quality control checks and tests on equipment & systems.

*

Coordinate with engineers, internal teams, and stakeholders to conduct inspections as needed and review testing reports for accuracy and completeness.

Lay out and maintain detailed records of QA/QC activities including inspection reports and corrective actions.

*

Arrange comprehensive QA/QC documentation for inclusion in project closeout packages and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate.

*

Preparation of weekly QA/QC reports from inspections including issues found and corrective actions implemented.

*

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical, Construction management or related field.

*

5+ years’ experience in QA/QC Management roles preferably in Data Centre projects.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems within MEP, HVAC, and fire protection.

Proven communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

*

Strong knowledge of Quality Management software and tools.
