A leading manufacturer of process equipment is looking to add a driven Project Sales Engineer to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that supplies high-quality solutions into the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.

You’ll play a key role in managing sales projects from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with engineering, production, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of bespoke systems.

The Role:



Manage and develop client relationships, handling enquiries and guiding projects from concept through to handover

Conduct technical sales meetings with clients, understanding requirements and proposing suitable solutions

*

Work closely with the engineering team to develop system designs, layouts, and pricing

*

Prepare detailed quotations, tenders, and technical proposals

*

Coordinate internal resources and lead communication throughout the project lifecycle

*

Attend client sites and occasionally support at exhibitions and industry events

About You:

*

Strong technical sales or applications engineering background within process equipment, machinery, or manufacturing systems

*

Experience working on capital equipment projects – ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food sectors

*

Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail

*

Engineering qualification (HNC/D or degree) preferred
