Project Level Quantity Surveyor required for ever growing and evolving Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based in London.


About You:

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of the commercial and contractual aspects of one or more key projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver value and ensure financial performance.


  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
  • Proven experience managing mechanical and electrical packages on large construction projects (Non Biased as long as you're willing to learn)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant forms of contract (JCT/NEC)
  • Confident communicator with excellent commercial skills
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient in commercial systems (e.g Excel, CostX, Bluebeam)

Average value £50m - £100m

Salary range £60k - £80k depending on experience and skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Prepare tender packages and assist in subcontractor procurement
  • Monitor costs and value reporting through the project lifecycle
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure cost-effective delivery
  • Administer contracts (typically JCT/NEC or bespoke)
  • Provide accurate forecasting and cashflow projections
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
