Description

At invoX Respiratory Innovation Centre, we don't just plan projects-we accelerate life-changing therapies to patients. This role sits at the heart of our commercialisation efforts, ensuring our drug-device therapies reach the people who need them, on time and without compromise. You'll bring rigour, momentum, and alignment to every project you lead, helping translate our innovations into impactful solutions that change lives.

This is more than just a Project Manager role-it's a unique opportunity to shape the commercialisation journey of our respiratory portfolio. Working within the Procurement and Supply Chain function, you'll lead cross-functional projects that sit at the intersection of innovation, logistics, and patient delivery.

You'll be responsible for defining project scope, creating robust governance structures, and managing timelines, budgets, and milestones across multiple initiatives. Your work will ensure our launches are efficient, compliant, and strategically aligned, from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

The role will support projects for the procurement and supply chain teams.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for commercialization initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, structure, and success criteria, establishing robust governance frameworks, strategic direction, and clear reporting mechanisms from the outset
  • Define clear milestones, deliverables, and critical paths using appropriate project management tools
  • Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, R&D and other relevant teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project goals.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience, ideally in procurement, supply chain, or commercialization of projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and commercialisation lifecycles
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results

Advantageous
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Experience with commercialization or pharmaceutical or FMCG launch projects.
