Job Description

The Role

Langland Advertisingis looking for aProject Managerto work across a wide variety of projects and tasks, leading your project team through all stages of the project lifecycle making sure we are financially aware, have the right resource in place and are hitting our deadlines.

TheProject Manageris the go-to person to solve our challenges, make correct commercial decisions, and enable our creativity, expertise and craft to shine.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Lead projects and take responsibility for overall delivery
  • Lead programmes of work and be responsible for ensuring all workstreams run concurrently
  • Support with planning on how to approach given projects
  • Create accurate scopes of work, resourcing plans and timelines for projects
  • Track the financial health of your projects through burn reports and reconciliations
  • Support other team members with reports, tracking and administration tasks
  • Manage resource bookings
  • Highlight risks and provide solutions

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Experience asProject Managerwithin a health advertising agency
  • Proven experience working with pharmaceutical clients
  • Experience leading large multi-faceted clients
  • Experience of creating production and project strategies for multiple brands
  • Experience of the full project lifecycle ranging from client brief through strategy, creative, design, copywriting, asset creation, production, execution and delivery

Please note: Publicis Health work on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week based from our office in West London.
