Are you a proactive, detail-driven Project Manager with a flair for creative delivery? This leading healthcare communications agency is looking for someone to manage exciting, multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, video and more.

Working closely with internal teams – creatives, writers, developers, designers and client services – you’ll be the driving force that keeps projects on track, on time and on budget.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of creatives and digital projects from scoping to delivery
  • Coordinating resource plans, timelines, budgets and stakeholder updates
  • Working with internal teams to ensure momentum and quality throughout
  • Supporting project documentation including trackers and scoping materials
  • Identifying and escalating any risks or roadblocks early on

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 2 years experience in a pure project management role in a fast paced agency
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and build strong trusted relationships
  • Strong multitasking ability – you are used to juggling several projects at once
  • Eye for detail and calm under pressure
  • Experience with creative campaigns, videos, congress and digital builds for pharmaceutical clients
