Project Manager, Imaging (Remote) - Spain, Ireland, UK, Portugal, Poland

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Medical Imaging and Cardiac Safety Solutions team. You’ll be the key point of contact for our customers, leading the delivery of imaging solutions for a portfolio of global clinical trials.
From study start-up to close-out, you'll ensure timelines are met, communications are clear, and that quality is never compromised.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Serve as the primary customer liaison for your assigned projects, leading study activities across internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications with minimal oversight.

Lead internal and external kick-off meetings and present at Investigator and sponsor meetings.

Maintain project documentation, ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.

Own revenue forecasting, budget updates, invoicing, and change management processes.

Oversee Site and Reader Management activities, maintain tracking reports using Excel/internal databases, support audit readiness, and provide regular project updates, contributing to the success of clinical imaging delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, escalating risks and ensuring proactive solutions.

Travel up to 20% as needed for customer or team meetings

Contribute to SOPs, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives, applying project management best practices throughout the study lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Life Sciences) or equivalent work experience.

3+ years in a customer-facing role; at least 1 year in clinical project management preferred.

Experience in clinical imaging or cardiac safety is a plus but not essential.

Proven ability to manage complex projects, communicate clearly, and deliver with excellence.

Fluent in business-level English (written and spoken). Previous work history in English as primary language required.
