Project Manager - Contract Manufacturing (Nutrition)

Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

We're on the lookout for a confident, organised Project Manager to join a busy contract manufacturing business in the nutritional products industry. If you're highly organised, thrive on managing multiple projects, and excel at keeping both clients and internal teams aligned while meeting deadlines - this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking the lead on customer projects from concept to launch.
• Managing project plans, timelines, and briefs - and keeping everyone aligned.
• Running internal and customer meetings, chasing actions, and keeping things moving.
• Spotting risks before they become problems and keeping stakeholders updated.
• Balancing several projects at once while keeping quality and delivery on point.

What we're looking for:

• A degree in Project Management, Business or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing Project Management role within a manufacturing environment. Experience in contract manufacturing, nutraceuticals, food, beverage or packaging would be a real advantage.
• A solid understanding of processes involved in packaging powders and tablets - like blending, compression, powder filling, wrapping and packaging.
• Familiarity with SOPs and GMPs in the dietary supplement, food or pharmaceutical space is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams, both directly and through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Someone proactive, organised and detail-focused - able to manage multiple priorities and keep calm when things get busy.
