Do you have clear experience handling Lump Sum Design & Build Projects for reputable Main Contractors?

This Main Contractor are looking for an experienced Project Director, to join the business with a clear track record handling major Industrial projects. Have you been a No1 on major projects from inception right through to completion?

Our client has a real strangle hold on the UK market, they are a market leader with Industrial, Distribution, Pharmaceutical & Data Centre projects. Have you got a clear track record in handling projects in the value of £50 Million and above?

They are looking for this Project Director to handle this newly award project on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead. What is clear, the willingness to be accommodating for business needs is key. With the business currently tendering work on the South coast & North East, your following project could even take your over to Europe. So, understanding that travel is part and parcel for this Main Contractor is key.

You will work with the client through design, program & risk. You must have a collaborate approach to work, a non-aggressive manner as this is a long term global client. You will be expected to nurture the relationship to ensure that its a win win for all parties.

  • History of building high performing teams with great cultures
