Job Title: Program Manager

Salary: Up to £75,300 depending on experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    Drive the creation and implementation of forward-thinking program strategies and objectives.
    Manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure operational excellence and performance.
    Oversee daily operations, ensuring diverse programs run efficiently and deliver results.
    Work closely with stakeholders to align programs with organizational priorities and achieve shared goals.
    Continuously assess program effectiveness, ensuring positive outcomes and fostering a culture of improvement.
    Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, motivation, and purpose, ensuring collaboration at all levels.
    Uphold industry standards, address regulatory requirements, and mitigate potential risks proactively.
    Present program insights and progress reports to senior leadership with precision and impact.
    Secure funding, lead grant applications, and identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.

    Requirements:

    At least 10 years in a manufacturing environment with significant exposure to program management or related roles.
    Skills:

    Exceptional presentation and communication skills, coupled with proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
    Experience in automotive, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries, with knowledge in software and hardware domains as a plus.
    A proactive and innovative thinker who excels at aligning programs with organizational priorities.
    Capable of identifying challenges and implementing effective, data-driven solutions.
