Our client is currently converting eight rail vehicles and requires an additional team member to help ensure the successful completion of the project. The role focuses on the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installation phase, providing support to the Production Manager and ensuring smooth execution of the production plan.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Production Manager in executing the production plan and meeting project deadlines.Coordinate and oversee MEP installation work, ensuring high-quality standards.Work closely with the production team to resolve any technical or scheduling issues.Ensure that health and safety procedures are followed at all times.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks or delays.Support team management across both shift patterns.Requirements:Experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally within the rail or MEP industry.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.Ability to interpret and implement production plans effectively.Excellent organisational and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.Willingness to work shift patterns (7 AM4 PM or 12 PM8 PM, 6 days per week).Benefits:Competitive pay rates.Opportunity to work on a high-profile rail project.Gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.If you are a motivated individual with experience in production and MEP installations, we want to hear from you!
