We are hiring for aProduction Operatorto join our new team in Loughborough.

Position Summary

Initially, the position will be involved in the setup of a new production line manufacturing the site’s first green (low global warming potential propellants) inhaler. You will receive training in the new line and then be involved in producing the initial batches for validation. You will also be involved in creating and writing training documentation and work instructions for the line. This will be a day role working Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

Once validation is completed (approx. summer 2025), we will commence full running of the production line and you will move to working 12-hour shifts. You will then learn about and be involved in the normal running of the inhalation production line, ensuring production targets are met.

You will be required to follow all safety procedures and practices in your area and ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained. You will learn the importance of good attention to detail as you will be responsible for completing and checking manufacturing records, ensuring they are legible and accurate.

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to have:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C or above (preferred)
  • Experience of working in a production environment, on a shift basis, ideally in pharmaceutical or food.
  • Team player
  • Punctual and reliable

Additional information:

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Hours:Initially Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm, but moving to 12-hour shifts approximately summer 2025 (salary will then include additional shift premium)

Location:Derby Road, Loughborough.
