STADA UK |Natures Aid – Production Operative

Kirkham, Preston |U.K.| Full-time | Permanent

Mon-Fri | Rotating Shifts| 6 am to 2pm/ 1.55 pm – 9.55 pm

We are looking for a Production Operatives to join our team!

Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment specifically tablet manufacture / experience working with machinery in a food or pharmaceutical environment is highly desirable, though full training is provided.

You must be comfortable in the wearing of PPE as this is an essential requirement in this role.

How You Will Make An Impact

In this role you will be working among other highly skilled production operatives to manufacture and package vitamins & supplements to specification while following Good Manufacturing and H&S standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to strip, clean, assemble and operate all tableting machines and packing equipment required throughout the production areas
  • Tooling and Equipment is always maintained to a high standard
  • Ensure all equipment is assembled, following all cGMP and Safety procedures
  • Ensure the safe use and operation of all equipment is monitored throughout its use, reporting any issues immediately
  • Perform accurate recording and reporting of all process and quality checks
  • Ensure production schedules and set targets are met
  • Always comply with company procedures and policies
  • Always keep your area of work clean and tidy, using 5s principles
  • Ensure all Health and Safety and reporting procedures are carried out maintaining a safe working environment.
