gap personnel is recruiting Production Operatives for an established pharmaceutical company based in Crediton. Immediate starts available! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full training provided – perfect if you're looking to start or grow your career in production or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
Monitoring product temperature
Performing quality checks
Following food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Heavy lifting (up to 20kg to 25kg)

A reliable team player
Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential
