Newcastle upon Tyne (Commutable from: Cramlington, Blyth, North Shields, Morpeth, Ashington, Gateshead, Sunderland, Prudhoe)

Do you have Production or Operations Management experience looking to join an industry-leading manufacturing, offering clear progression across a varied and autonomous role?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally-renowned business, where you will lead, manage and develop your own team. You will be given training opportunities across Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Operations.

This multi-million pound Engineering business supply high quality and specialist products to high profile sector like Medical and Pharmaceutical. This role is due to continued growth.

This is a Monday - Friday days based role out of their large, purpose built and modern facility. You will be directly responsible for managing a team of approx. 100 operatives / support staff whilst implementing Lean, CI and Operational policies.

This role suits a Production Manager looking to work within a secure and successful business offering clear development and training.

The Role
Leading, managing and developing your own team.
Dealing with Operational, Lean Manufacturing and Production Improvement duties.
Monday - Friday days (flexible working).

Commutable to Newcastle.
