We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Leaderto oversee our production team and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimizing production workflows.


Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the team possess the skills required to achieve the production plan.
  • Carry out team member performance reviews.
  • Maintain daily production boards and team board documentation.
  • Conduct local KPI team meetings to improve cost, quality and delivery metrics.
  • Responsible for Safety Audit schedule adherence and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Management of area risk assessments.
  • Lead local 5S activity to promote a safe, defect-free and ‘visual workplace’.
  • Participate in occupational health activity to support team welfare.
  • Ensure area is compliant with ISO14001 and ISO9001 standards.
  • Ensure first line absence management is conducted swiftly and effectively.
  • Responsible for liaising and communicating with all support functions and to achieve area targets.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience, gained within a similar role.
  • Computer literate - SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities, effective communication and a positive attitude to motivate the team.
  • Strong understanding manufacturing practices and processes.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Quality focused mindset with the enthusiasm to drive continuous improvement.
