Ferring+You

This role will support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the brand plan for Reproductive Medicine portfolio, planning and organising the marketing actions in the field to enhance business performance.

Your day at Ferring - Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Design and adaptation of international product strategy to local market

  • Develop and implement marketing plan for one or more products

  • Develop and seek competitor intelligence and analyse market data to develop insights for the ongoing marketing plan

  • Develop, own and implement the omnichannel digital marketing plan and track performance regularly

  • Adaptation and development of promotional material

  • Presentation of promotional material at kick-off meetings, training and briefing of Medical team members and/or KAMs

  • Help maintain and develop active relationships with KOLs and scientific societies

  • Play an active role in sales related tasks

  • Attendance to main scientific meetings

  • Veeva PromoMat approvals

  • Tracking of monthly and quarterly marketing, revenue and spend KPIs

  • Tracking and monitoring progress with tactical plans

  • Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (especially medical, regulatory, clinical and global marketing teams)

  • Compliance with and adherence to ABPI code of practice

Behind our innovation…There’s you

  • A min. of 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, experience in Digital Marketing and of managing brands

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences

  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and ABPI Code of Practice

  • Industry experience working with the UK NHS

  • Knowledge of the evolving NHS – specifically the different stakeholders and political influences

  • Knowledge of the ROI healthcare system

  • Knowledge and in-depth experience of the marketing management process

  • Experience of developing key opinion leader advocacy

  • Sales experience highly preferrable

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to plan and organise own workload to achieve a broad portfolio of complex objectives

  • Proven track record of delivery

  • Excellent numeracy skills, in particular for creation of forecast/budget models
