We are currently seeking aProduct Manager – Dermatology/Ophthalmologyto join our UK team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our ophthalmology business and lead the launch of our alopecia product in the UK.


Key Responsibilities


Product Launch & Strategy


  • (Co-)Develop and execute the country launch strategy for Sun Pharma’s Dermatology product in the UK market.
  • (Co-)Develop and execute the country launch strategy for Sun Pharma’s Ophthalmology product in the UK market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless product launch, including marketing, sales, medical, team coordinators, market access and regulatory departments.


Ophthalmology & Dermatology Business Support


  • Support and drive the growth of Sun Pharma’s ophthalmology portfolio by (Co-)developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to position products effectively within the dermatology and ophthalmology segments.


Marketing & Brand Management


  • Localise and implement marketing campaigns, including digital/ journal, print, and event-based strategies.
  • Implement regional educational/ product meetings and support the field based team to implement these events in a coordinated way.
  • Localise promotional materials on time and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and analyse product performance, generating actionable insights to enhance market positioning.


Stakeholder Engagement


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on business objectives and priorities.


Competitive Analysis


• Use data to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for innovation.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in dermatology, ophthalmology, or related therapeutic areas.
  • Strong track record of successfully launching pharmaceutical products in the UK.
  • Organised way of working according to a approved plan.
  • Excellent understanding of the UK healthcare system and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and generate actionable insights.
