The Opportunity
Due to growth in the team, we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our client on a permanent basis.
The Role
In this role you will play a vital part in providing support to the operations and day to day running of their internal processes. Risks and Hazards are in line with working on a pharmaceutical and chemical site. These can include noise, slips, trips and falls (high-gloss floors), mechanical hazards, extreme temperature and humidity, pressurised equipment, radiation, chemical, biological, explosive atmospheres, working at height and confined spaces during cleaning maintenance and repair.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern (earlies and evenings)

    Your duties and responsibilities will be
  • Working to a production plan to deliver parenteral nutrition according to the compounding schedule.
  • Assembling raw ingredients for pharmaceutical products, tailored to each patient's requirements.
  • Maintaining and replenishing all materials and components to ensure seamless production.
  • Ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Disposing of materials from the cleanrooms in accordance with current procedures.
    You will have the following qualifications & experience
  • Experience working in a controlled production environment, such as pharmaceutical or food manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and planning skills.
  • Good communication skills to foster teamwork and motivation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
