As part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, you’ll contribute to critical operations that directly support the production of medicines impacting patients worldwide.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical improvements and support daily operations across manufacturing and packaging systems
  • Deliver robust solutions for equipment reliability, working hands-on to resolve complex engineering challenges
  • Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validation activities to maintain compliance and performance
  • Collaborate with highly skilled colleagues across engineering, production, and quality
  • Engage in process improvement projects and data-driven decision making


Key Requirements:

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
  • Experience in a GMP or highly regulated environment (e.g., pharma, biotech, or life sciences)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an interest in continuous improvement and technical innovation
  • A team player who thrives in a quality-focused, collaborative setting
  • Familiarity with commissioning and validation is a plus
