A Day in the Life of a Clinical Pharmacist: As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in the delivery of safe and effective pharmaceutical care across hospital wards, focusing specifically on oncology. Your core responsibilities will include:

Providing clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients and ensuring optimal medication use.
Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and efficacy.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the highest standard of care.
Providing advice on drug interactions, dosing regimens, and side-effect management.
Monitoring patients’ responses to medications and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records for compliance with hospital protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience working in hospital wards, particularly in oncology.
Current and valid GPhC registration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a full-time, ongoing contract with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute break each day. The position requires an ASAP start, and is ideal for someone ready to contribute immediately.
