Our Payer Evidence Solutions practice helps our customers design and execute an evidence generation strategy meeting payer and health technology assessment (HTA) evidence requirements and effectively communicate their product’s value story.

Our solutions typically span across different expertise areas such as health economics, statistics, pricing and market access and real-world data.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Principal / Senior Principal within the Value and Payer Evidence Practice, your main focus is to deliver outstanding client service, while building trusted relationships with new and existing clients that enhance our brand and reputation in the business. Success will be measured by your ability to work directly with clients to develop business opportunities and deliver projects at high levels of client satisfaction. Specific responsibilities include:
Remaining current on industry, clients, and competitive trends and directions in order to anticipate and identify new business challenges and issues with assigned clients
Identifying and expanding business development opportunities through the identification of client issues and shaping of new and follow-on projects with existing and new client organizations
Acting as principal owner of all client engagements, i.e., initial conversations to understand client needs, development of the right solutions to address these needs from within and beyond Value and Payer Evidence offerings, and overseeing project delivery
Identifying opportunities for selling our integrated solutions (projects including multiple offerings e.g. P&MA strategy, full HEOR/HTA support to prepare for P&R submissions, PRO instrument advice, RWE strategy )
Establishing a culture of excellence and ensuring delivery of accurate and high-quality work which meets or exceeds client expectations
Fostering an environment of collaboration and inclusivity among project teams
Mentoring, coaching, and sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients
Leading/contributing to ad hoc work streams on thought leadership, firm building and people-related issues that contribute to enhancing the impact of the Value and Payer Evidence Practice
Serving as a development lead to 3-4 staff
About You

Candidates interested in joining our European Value and Payer Evidence Practiceas a Principal / Senior Principal should have:
Typically, 12 or more years professional experience in Market Access, Pricing and/or HEOR strategy consulting within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, and ability to speak in detail about pricing, market access, evidence and HTA topics in a meaningful manner with depth of content knowledge, with a focus on European markets
Proven success in selling complex projects to pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, leading initial conversations to understand client needs, development of the right solutions to address these, and overseeing project delivery
Strong capability in managing large and/or multiple, multi-disciplinary projects effectively with knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques to solve problems
Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills to work effectively with complicated, conflicting or ambiguous information. Looks beyond the surface of issues to identify their underlying patterns and causes
Advanced written and verbal communication skills including delivering presentations, chairing meetings, conducting workshops, and writing reports and business documents
Experience in managing flow of money and resources through an organization, and the need to get maximum value at each stage to achieve commercial objectives, such as profitability
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop trusted relationships
Proven skills in identifying, recruiting, mentoring/coaching, and retaining top talent for consulting practice teams
In addition to the skills and experience above a Principal / Senior Principal should have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, graduate degree or MBA not required but advantageous
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
A willingness and ability to travel
Right to live and work in the European Union and/or the United Kingdom
