A global leader in healthcare consulting is seeking a Principal / Partner to spearhead strategic initiatives in Real-World Evidence (RWE) and deliver innovative, technology-enabled solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Position Overview:

The Principal / Partner will own senior client relationships, define strategic RWE roadmaps, and lead multi-million-pound consulting engagements. The position combines business growth, thought leadership, and solution innovation, with accountability for delivering excellence across a diverse project portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Client Leadership – Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives in pharma, biotech, and healthcare.
• Business Development – Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities; expand existing accounts through innovation and value delivery.
• Solution Innovation – Create new methodologies, data-driven products, and integrated solutions that differentiate the organisation in the RWE space.
• Project Oversight – Manage complex, multi-country engagements to the highest quality standards.
• Thought Leadership – Represent the organisation at industry events, publish insights, and shape the external RWE conversation.
• Team Leadership – Mentor and develop consulting talent, fostering a culture of innovation and commercial excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Significant leadership experience in consulting, pharma/biotech, or healthcare, with proven expertise in RWE, market access, or commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing multi-million-pound portfolios.
• Strong ability to engage at C-suite level and develop long-term client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the global real-world data landscape, regulatory frameworks, and evidence generation methodologies.
• Proven experience leading diverse, geographically distributed teams.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, MSc) in life sciences, economics, public health, or related field strongly preferred.
