Responsibilities

  • Carrying out conceptual and detailed designs for complex building services systems in sectors such as pharmaceutical, mission critical, food, chemical, and advanced manufacturing.
  • Working within a talented, supportive, and friendly Building Services team across the UK and globally, in a multi-disciplinary environment with engineers and project managers to deliver high-tech facilities.
  • Assisting with bids and tenders, and providing coaching and mentoring to early-career engineering professionals.


Qualifications

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Building Services, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Preferably Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartered Status with CIBSE or IMechE.
  • Relevant experience in building services engineering, professional services, or consultancy.
  • Knowledge of regulations, legislation, codes of practice, and current design standards for mechanical building services.
  • Knowledge of BREEAM, LEED, and related concepts is desirable.
  • Familiarity with BIM, Navisworks, MEP AutoCAD, Revit is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive outlook and approachable manner.
