Are you a Press Brake Operator or similar looking to work for a manufacturer of bespoke automation systems, taking a step up into a team lead role and looking after a small team of fabricators?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a company that design and manufacture bespoke automated machinery for a variety of companies internationally, they create solutions for companies in the Pharmaceutical, Packaging and Food industries.

This role will involve looking after a small team of Welder Fabricators, monitoring and approving their work. You will also be hands on using machinery such as press brakes to help fabricate pieces for bespoke machines.

This role would suit a Press Brak Operator or similar with a background in fabrication looking to join a growing company who can offer a carrer step up into a team lead positon alog with training to help facilitate the transistion and improve your overall skillset.
