About the Role

We’re hiring a Pre-Sales Technical Consultantto join a dynamic, mission-driven team transforming the way clinical trials are run. As part of a fast-growing healthtech startup, you’ll play a key role in supporting commercial growth by bridging the gap between client needs and product capability.

You’ll work closely with both the business and development teams to shape solution fit, deliver impactful product demos, respond to technical queries, and contribute to an evolving go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone with strong pre-sales experience and a passion for translating complex technology into clear value for users in the clinical research space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored product demos that speak directly to stakeholder needs in clinical, technical, and regulatory settings.
  • Align solutions with clinical trial workflows, data security requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • Support the full sales lifecycle with clear technical proposals, solution narratives, and timely responses to RFPs and client queries.
  • Collaborate on technical content for campaigns, webinars, and customer-facing materials.
  • Translate product feedback into structured insights for the development team and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Stay up to date on the latest in health tech, clinical research regulations, and AI/ML innovation.
  • Serve as a cross-functional bridge between product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure clarity and alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales role (e.g. Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant) within SaaS, cloud, or digital health.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and client engagement across regulated industries.
  • Clinical trial tech knowledge and familiarity with sector-specific standards (e.g. GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR) is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot) and supporting data-driven sales processes.
  • Agile, collaborative, and adaptable,thrives in startup or early-stage environments.
  • Interest in the intersection of AI, automation, and healthcare innovation.
