The Role: Research Physician

As aResearch Physician, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of clinical trials. Acting asPrincipal Investigator, you’ll provide medical oversight, lead a multidisciplinary team, and make sure studies adhere to ICH-GCP and local regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs/COPs, and regulatory standards
  • Supervise staff training and maintain delegation logs
  • Monitor participant wellbeing and report adverse events promptly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and PI oversight throughout studies
  • Engage in CRA meetings, audits, inspections, and on-call rotations


What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • GMC-registered physician with a UK license to practice
  • Qualified GP or Registrar-level experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Drivers license & Car
  • Experience in research - ideally phase II and III in Neuro (Alzheimers)
  • Gen Med/Acute internal medicine background.
