    You will be able to turn you hand to steel, groundworks, logistics and multi-task to deadlines. You will be highly organized and understand critical path and process.

    Duties:

  • Prepare and review technical designs

  • Review program and buildability

  • Add comment to sub-contractor selection

  • Manage Bid & Tender Documentation throughout the life cycle

    Non- Negotiables:

  • Main Contractor experience

  • Relevant Education & Training be that HND/HNC or Construction / Civil Engineering Degree

  • Prior Design & Build Experience

  • Strong communication skills
