We are seeking a Physician Advisor who will play a pivotal role in implementing and refining our physician outreach process to obtain patient referrals for a chronic neutropenia study. This role is essential in ensuring participation in clinical trials, contributing significantly to groundbreaking medical advancements. Through dedicated communication and strategic relationship building, this position is key in advancing Leapcure's mission of connecting patients with life-changing medical research opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively grow our outreach network by adding new physicians, medical centers, and therapists to our contact list, ensuring a diverse and comprehensive range of medical professionals to reach out to.
  • Increase the engagement level of physicians and healthcare providers, as evidenced by higher response rates, increased referrals, and more in-depth discussions about clinical trials.
  • Effectively communicate and build relationships with healthcare professionals to significantly increase patient referrals for clinical trials.
  • Provide insights and feedback on the physician outreach process, contributing to the development and implementation of more effective outreach strategies and tools.
  • Maintain structured communication with the Leapcure team, providing weekly updates on outreach progress, challenges, and strategies.


Qualifications:

  • MBBSwith strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, and healthcare systems.
  • Specialization inHaematologyisrequired.
  • Clinical experience in chronic neutropenia ispreferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex medical information to a diverse range of medical professionals.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical centers, and therapists.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective outreach strategies that align with Leapcure’s goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Competence in identifying challenges in the outreach process and brainstorming practical solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and participating in regular meetings.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing project needs and a dynamic clinical trial outreach environment.
  • Strong ethical grounding in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Interest in and understanding of clinical research.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent comprehension and expression capabilities. Additional language skills are a bonus, enhancing communication with a broader range of physicians.
