Summary Join our dynamic team of Pharmacy Technicians at NHS Jobs, where you’ll play a crucial role in medicines management, delivering medications directly to patients in accommodation areas. Our team operates on a flexible, seven-day roster, and you’ll be expected to provide assistance as needed, contributing to a developing role. Working closely with the Lead Pharmacy Technician, you’ll actively promote cost-efficient medicines management, targeting waste reduction while enhancing access to quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities Contribute to achieving key performance targets outlined in personal performance plans.
Collaborate with the Lead Pharmacy Technician for effective team coordination.
Ensure the delivery of consistent, equitable, high-quality, and timely health services.
Work towards reducing waste and optimizing cost efficiency in medicines management.
Adhere to the flexible working schedule, maintaining availability for necessary assistance.
Requirements Motivated individuals with a commitment to maintaining the healthcare service standards.
Ability to work on a flexible, seven-day roster.
Willingness to adapt to a developing role within the team.
Experience in offender health or similar settings is advantageous.
