30 Hours per week (x4 days) Monday - Sunday Flexible

We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our clients innovative and forward-thinking pharmacy team. This non-patient-facing role is central to driving medicines optimisation, quality improvement, and education support within urgent primary care services.

Working alongside the Lead Clinical Pharmacist and a range of multidisciplinary teams, you'll help shape and deliver safe, effective, and value-based use of medicines across their services.

Role Requirements:

Supporting the development and delivery of medicines optimisation initiatives
Leading day-to-day medicines stock control and procurement
Contributing to and conducting medicine safety audits
Helping develop protocols, SOPs, and quality improvement processes
Delivering and supporting training and induction programmes for staff
Ensuring compliance with MHRA, GPhC, and national guidance
Supporting controlled drug governance, discrepancy resolution and safe disposalSkills and Experience required

Registered Pharmacy Technician (GPhC) with NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences
2+ years' experience in a pharmacy technician role
Strong knowledge of stock management, medicine safety, and audit processes
Confident using IT systems and digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, SystmOne, ePACT2, PrescQIPP - a plus)
Great communication, organisation, and time-management skills
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating effectively
Passion for quality improvement, education, and medicines optimisation
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sitesBenefits include
