We’re HeliosX – a healthtech company on a mission to transform how healthcare is delivered; and we’re growing fast. After a year of supporting more patients than ever in 2024, assisting over 2,000,000 customers with accessible medication, we opened the doors to our brand-new Pharmacy Hub in the heart of Leamington Spa in February 2025, and it's already dispensing an incredible 15,000–20,000 units every single day. With demand for our weight loss service skyrocketing, we’re expanding further.
With our weight loss services now supporting thousands across the UK, we’re looking for dedicated Pharmacy Dispensers to help us grow and continue putting patient care first. If you’re organised, ambitious, and thrive in high-energy environments – this is your moment to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you’ll play a hands-on role in dispensing medications across a range of our services – from GLP-1 weight loss treatments to dermatology, men’s health, and more – supporting each patient’s journey with care and accuracy. Working closely with our pharmacists and packing team, you’ll help ensure medications are processed with precision and dispatched rapidly – meeting our customer promise to patients of safe, high-quality care, delivered in record time.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Accurately selecting and labelling pharmaceutical products according to prescriptions and SOPs

  • Printing medication labels and GP letters

  • Safely dispatching medications to patients

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant Patient Medication Records (PMRs)

  • Identifying and flagging any medicine-related issues to the Pharmacist

  • Handling stock control, storage, and expiry checks

  • Processing returns and managing stock logs

  • Organising batch sheets with expiry dates in mind

  • Ensuring GP letters are sent out and following up with patients

What you’ll bring:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Dispensing Assistant training, accredited and completed under a Responsible Pharmacist or ACT

  • An eye for detail and strong organisational skills

  • Confidence using IT systems

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Previous pharmacy or warehouse experience is a bonus – but not essential

Why join us?

  • Be part of something brand new and growing fast

  • Work in a cutting-edge pharmacy hub with plans to include a state-of-the-art lab

  • Join a company that’s revolutionising healthcare

  • Enjoy a structured 4-on/4-off schedule, giving you real work/life balance
