Your Mission as a Pharmacy Assistant

Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.

Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.

Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.

Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.

Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.

Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.

Who Are We Searching For?
The ideal candidate will possess:

A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.

Exceptional customer service skills; displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.

A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.

Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative work setting.

Computer literacy, comfortable with learning and utilising various pharmacy software systems.

Outstanding communication traits, ability to problem-solve, and the initiative to adapt quickly in a bustling environment.

Working Hours & Benefits:
