Evolve is recruiting for a quickly expanding innovative group of pharmacies providing NHS and Private services to the Communities of Scotland. They are seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team and you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the pharmacy supporting your colleagues.


This is a full-time position based in East Lothian, Scotland.

Excellent Salary & Benefits:A competitive starting salary of £48,000 to £56,000 DOE, along with rent free accommodation, GPhC fee paid, pension and more!


Ideal Requirement for the Pharmacist Manager

  • Ideally youll have independent prescriber qualification but can be support if desired.
  • You’ll be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • You’ll be passionate about leading and empowering a team
  • Experienced in team leadership and management


Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

  • The day to day leadership and operational management of the pharmacy and the pharmacy team
  • Motivating the team, ensuring all duties are carried out by the team and that targets set by the company are met and contributed to by the wider Pharmacy team
  • Oversee receipt of delivery orders, including checking for controlled drugs, ensuring missing items are claimed for and returns sent back within stipulated timeframes
  • Provide guidance to patients regarding their prescription and/or supporting members of the team to do so.
