We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Phlo in a full time, permanent position. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Fulfilment Manager, the Dispensing team and the Superintendent in a responsible pharmacist capacity to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred pharmaceutical services. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement — all within a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.

The Job
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:
Acting as responsible pharmacist, ensuring all pharmacy operations comply with professional, legal and company standards
Occasionally provide second pharmacist cover
Ensuring the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
Collaborate closely with the Patient Care Team and our delivery partners to provide flexible, patient-focused care solutions
Conducting regular Audits & Risk Assessments to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance
Maintaining procedures and logs in line with the SOPs
Work Cross-functionally with the engineering, product, and design teams to enhance the Phlo platforms and digital services
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with the following:
GPHC Registered Pharmacist
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Proficient in technology
An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
A proactive problem-solver who embraces change and drives quality improvement.
Innovative and forward thinking, eager to contribute ideas that shape the future of pharmacy

Salary between £45,000 and £60,000 depending on experience
