We’re HeliosX – a healthtech company on a mission to transform how healthcare is delivered; and we’re growing fast. After a year of supporting more patients than ever in 2024, we opened the doors to our brand-new Pharmacy Hub in the heart of Leamington Spa in February 2025, and it's already dispensing an incredible 10,000–15,000 units every single day. With demand for our weight loss service skyrocketing, we’re expanding further.
With our weight loss services now supporting thousands across the UK, we’re looking for dedicated Pharmacists to help us grow and continue putting patient care first. If you’re organised, ambitious, and thrive in high-energy environments – this is your moment to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions while maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. – from GLP-1 weight loss treatments to dermatology, men’s health, and more – supporting each patient’s journey with care and accuracy. Working closely with our Dispensing and packing teams, you’ll help ensure medications are processed with precision and dispatched rapidly – meeting our customer promise to patients of safe, high-quality care, delivered in record time.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
What you'll be doing:


  • Work onsite at our Leamington Spa warehouse, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications.

  • Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.

  • Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.

  • Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.

  • Counsel patients by providing general advice on managing side effects, usage instructions, and other pharmaceutical guidance via email or telephone.

  • Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required.

  • Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed.

  • Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.

  • Maintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirements.

What you’ll bring:


  • GPhC registration.

  • 6+ months of pharmacy experience.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced dispensing environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
