Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients on the wards.
Collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff to optimize medication management.
Conduct clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Mentor and support junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
