Embark on an exciting journey with our esteemed client, a well-established independent pharmacy chain poised for growth and innovation.

Our client is eagerly seeking a GPhC registered Pharmacist to join their esteemed team at their Coventry branch on a permanent full-time basis, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Saturday (9:00am to 7pm) (9:00 to 5:00pm on Saturday)

What’s on offer?

Salary & Benefits: Competitive rate of up to £29 per hour DOE, complemented by an excellent bonus scheme, which is incentivised by service and item growth.

Substantial Volume: With a busy workload involving the dispensing of roughly 15,000 items per month + services, your workday guarantees excitement and engagement.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist

  • Must be a GPhC registered Pharmacist, ideally with 3+ years’ experience.

  • Independent prescribing qualification is desired but not essential.

  • Ideally able to mentor and tutor a pre-registration student.

  • A team player with strong leadership skills, able to manage a team effectively.

  • Proactive mindset, service-driven approach, and able to adapt to change.

    Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist

    Leadership: Lead our community pharmacy with accountability and support from a talented team.

    Patient Care: Ensure the safe and efficient provision of medicines and top-notch pharmacy services.

    NHS Services: Contribute significantly to the delivery of vital NHS services, promoting community health and well-being.
