What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Sales Growth: Maximize sales within your territory, ensuring stores stock and present products in line with brand guidelines.
- Be the Brand Ambassador: Train retail teams on product benefits and create a compelling story for each brand.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with Trade Marketing and HCP Managers to unlock the full potential of each point of sale.
- Expand the Customer Base: Open new accounts and meet ‘new business’ targets through proactive prospecting.
- Optimize Resources: Use a return-on-investment mindset to allocate samples and promotional materials strategically.
- Stay Connected: Maintain regular visits with retailers, track sales performance, and adapt strategies to meet customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience That Counts: 3+ years of successful pharmacy sales experience
- Results-driven, resilient, and eager to exceed targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially savvy and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work autonomously.
Requirements: A clean driver’s license and fluency in English.
