What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Sales Growth: Maximize sales within your territory, ensuring stores stock and present products in line with brand guidelines.
• Be the Brand Ambassador: Train retail teams on product benefits and create a compelling story for each brand.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with Trade Marketing and HCP Managers to unlock the full potential of each point of sale.
• Expand the Customer Base: Open new accounts and meet ‘new business’ targets through proactive prospecting.
• Optimize Resources: Use a return-on-investment mindset to allocate samples and promotional materials strategically.
• Stay Connected: Maintain regular visits with retailers, track sales performance, and adapt strategies to meet customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience That Counts: 3+ years of successful pharmacy sales experience
• Results-driven, resilient, and eager to exceed targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially savvy and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work autonomously.

Requirements: A clean driver’s license and fluency in English.
