CK Group are working exclusively with a global pharmaceutical company to appoint a field commercial team for an Ophthalmology launch happening in January 2025.


There are multiple roles available with the following territories:


  • Yorkshire and Humber
  • Scotland and the North East
  • East Midlands and Derbyshire
  • South Wales and Bristol
  • South West
  • South East(Kent, Sussex, Hants)
  • Home Counties(Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire)
  • Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Suffolk


Role Details

  • Contract:2-years (employed by CK Group)
  • Salary:£50,000
  • Benefits:Car allowance, monthly bonus (15% OTC with the potential for overachievement), healthcare and more


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through account management and promotion to HCPs and healthcare accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific account plans for England ICBs or NHS Scotland or NHS Northern Ireland.
  • Deliver strategic and promotional sales to achieve prescribing depth and formulary inclusion.
  • Identify and optimise local market access opportunities.
  • Delivering results against KPIs and project objectives.
  • Engage with and develop National and Regional KOLs
  • Use multi-channel customer engagement strategies to build long-term patient-focused relationships.



Requirements:

  • ABPI qualified.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ideally experience in Ophthalmology (desirable, not essential)
  • Excellent understanding of the NHS, ICBs and ICS structures
  • Strong influencing, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent multi-channel skills experience.
